Certified Public Accountant from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Specialist in Statutory Audit from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada and Master's in Accounting from Universidad Libre (in progress). Certified by ACCA as an international auditor, with around 18 years of audit experience at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton, where he took part in engagements for the Inter-American Development Bank, the European Economic Community, USAID, DHL, Ericsson, Transmilenio and Termoflores, among others. For 8 years he taught audit courses at Universidad Central, La Gran Colombia, Minuto de Dios, Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana and UNITEC. He now leads PGA Consultores Empresariales SAS.

Daniela Quintana Ayala

Certified Public Accountant from Universidad Minuto de Dios, specialization in Tax Management at Politécnico Grancolombiano (in progress) and a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). More than ten years of experience at national firms, leading teams for the reconciliation of financial information, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets and taxes. She now leads the Firm's accounting outsourcing processes.

Leidy Sierra Millán

Certified Public Accountant from Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana, with a diploma in financial management and around 8 years of experience in accounting, human resource management and payroll processing for companies such as KM2 Solutions Colombia, Activpayroll and DGL Colombia, with headcounts of up to 350 employees. She now leads the Firm's HR management and payroll processes.

Industrial Engineer from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería "Julio Garavito", Specialist in Risk Management, MBA in Corporate Finance (Universidad de Viña del Mar), with around 15 years of experience in Risk Management, Treasury, and Financial and IT Risk Management at companies such as Mapfre Seguros, Grupo Dinissan (Nissan), Centro Automotriz Diesel (Centrodiesel – Chevrolet) and BNP Paribas, among others.

Yordan Uriel Puentes

Specialist attorney with solid experience in the public and private sectors, focused on administrative law, social security and comprehensive legal advisory. He has served as Manager at the Comptroller's Office of Bogotá, leading oversight and fiscal control processes in the health sector, and as legal advisor at the National Protection Unit (UNP), with responsibility for highly complex legal matters.
